Rory was great to work with; patient and answered all of my questions. On the day of installation I received an email with the name and a photo of the Technician coming out. My wife really appreciated this, as she was the one home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We had a complete new system installed during the winter months. It was time to charge up the condensing unit outdoors. Vlad is a professional at what he does. We always enjoy seeing him.

Very prompt and great service. The new pump works fine

This company listened to concerns and needs. Everything is going great with the installation and they will be back to charge up the new compressor unit when it warms up. These are the kind of people I would like to be around as friends!

I have found Krueger to be one of the best, most professional home services company in Springfield (not just best in HVAC). They are quick to respond, provide clear information, have excellent system for interfacing (website, auto texting, etc.) and can always be trusted. I would highly recommend them!
